In 1992, Dr. Gibby established the Women's Center for Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery at the Medical City Hospital Complex in Dallas.

After attending Duke University, Dr. Gibby received her Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Miami Medical School. She completed her five-year residency in General Surgery at the University of Virginia, followed by a two-year Plastic Surgery residency in Dallas at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. She received her board certification in 1989.

Licensed in Texas, Dr. Gibby is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. She is a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, American Medical Association, Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons, Dallas County Medical Society and the Board Certified Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeons of Dallas. Dr. Gibby and her husband Rod Rohrich, M.D., who is also a board-certified plastic surgeon, reside in Dallas with their son, Taylor, and their daughter, Rachel Nicole.
