Breasts are symbolic of femininity and fertility. When a woman is not satisfied with her breasts, she may feel unattractive. At The Women’s Center several breast-shaping procedures are offered to patients who seek improvement in their appearance.

Established in 1992 by Dr. Diane Gibby, the Women’s Center for Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery focuses on women’s special health care needs, before, during, and after surgery. We provide optimal medical care in a warm and caring environment to help you feel confident in achieving your goals.

The staff at the Women’s Center knows true beauty begins on the inside and we believe that beauty should be as beneficial to your body as it is boosting to your confidence. It isn’t enough to enhance your physical appearance if your overall health isn’t at its personal best.

We refer to our philosophy of health and vitality as “Healthy Beauty”, the healthiest approach possible to a more beautiful you! Our patients are encouraged to live a healthy lifestyle, which will contribute to maintaining or even improving their surgical results. We offer post-operative incentives such as complimentary sessions with a personal trainer or nutritionist, as well as pre-operative mammograms before breast surgery.

The Women’s Center for Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery is certified by The American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF). Facilities accredited by the AAAASF must meet stringent national standards for equipment, operating safety, personnel and surgeon credentials.

Our goal is to provide the utmost in safety and quality of care for our patients in the outpatient surgery environment. In addition, board certified anesthesiologists are available to answer any questions you have about anesthesia and medications prior to surgery. Becoming a Mother doesn’t mean you can’t look as good or better than before pregnancy! Most women enjoy being pregnant and are happy to become mothers. But for a few, the physical changes caused by pregnancy can take away some of the joy.

If you feel this way, you’re not alone. Thankfully, you don’t simply have to “learn to love” your post-partum figure as women of earlier generations were told. Today, there are exciting options in surgery to help you regain your pre-pregnancy shape – or even improve on it.

Today’s cosmetic procedures can counteract these changes without interrupting your busy lifestyle or compromising your privacy. Many procedures can be done as an outpatient, which means you can be back home with your family the same day. Knowing your options can help give you peace of mind so you can relax and enjoy your pregnancy or the pleasures of motherhood without worrying you’ll never look as good as before.

Well-being – (n) a good, healthy, or comfortable state.

Whether you have a new baby, a growing family, or just simply busy with life, women today often find it difficult to squeeze in time for their selves. You devote so much of yourself to others that your own well-being often gets overlooked.

As a mother and surgeon, I understand the challenges faced by women today. And one of those challenges is often dealing with the physical changes caused by pregnancy. The changes of pregnancy, motherhood and aging affect each woman individually and can be improved upon with new advances in surgical techniques. Today’s cosmetic procedures can counteract these changes without interrupting your busy lifestyle. Many procedures can be done as an outpatient, which means you can be back home with your family the same day.

As the years go by, almost every woman notices a gradual change in the size, shape and feel of her breasts. Gravity, pregnancy, breast-feeding, weight gain and loss all take their toll on a woman’s body.

Even if the volume of the breast stays the same, the firmness and elasticity are often lost. A breast lift can improve these problems and contribute to a more youthful contour.

When Dr. Diane Gibby established her cosmetic and reconstructive surgery practice over 25 years ago, she did so on the principle of empowering women with the knowledge, facts and options pertaining to plastic surgery. This information along with her honest and caring medical recommendation allowed women to make the most well-informed decision possible concerning their bodies. In 1992, the Women’s Center for Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery was founded on this philosophy and Dr. Gibby and her staff continued to embrace and encourage women in their journey through every stage of life.

Dr. Gibby does not consider cosmetic surgery a short cut or panacea for an unhealthy lifestyle, bad food choices, an unhappy marriage, or search for perfection. She believes body-contouring surgery is a viable alternative for a woman who is striving to attain and maintain a healthy, attractive body and increase self-esteem.

With compassion and encouragement, Dr. Gibby and her staff reinforce the importance of ‘Healthy Beauty‘ while partnering with their patients allowing them to decide if cosmetic surgery is the best option. Armed with this knowledge, the correct mindset, attitude and realistic expectations, Dr. Gibby believes most women can improve their self-image and overall attitude.

Dr. Diane Gibby merges her expertise with her patient’s expectations to impart the awareness and knowledge they need for the best outcome possible. THINK ABOUT IT…
